If you do need to make a return, please review our policy below:

• New Books with Receipt: Eligible for a full refund to your original payment method within 30 days of purchase.

• New Books without Receipt: Eligible for store credit within 30 days of purchase.

• Used Items: All used books, physical media, and pre-loved items are final sale. No returns, exchanges, or store credit will be issued for used items.

Note: To be eligible for a return or exchange, new books must remain in pristine, unread condition.
